Yes. Functional Capacity Assessments are a core part of what we do. We conduct thorough FCAs across all daily living domains and provide clear, NDIS aligned written reports with specific recommendations.
Yes. UNO OT is community based and supports participants across Perth metro including the CBD, northern suburbs, southern suburbs, eastern suburbs, Fremantle, Joondalup and Rockingham.
Yes. Telehealth is available for initial consultations, follow up sessions and some assessment components where appropriate. Please get in touch to discuss whether telehealth is suitable for your specific needs.
Yes. Sofia is a fluent Spanish speaker and can provide full OT support in Spanish for participants and families who prefer it. Nothing is lost in translation. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
